About me
For more than 15 years, Ballet was my world. On stage and in the studio, I learned about precision, presence and what it takes to perform under pressure.
I also learned how easily we can lose ourselves when we keep trying to live up to external ideals.
I had to learn to redefine who I was beyond my role, and find a way of living and working that felt true to me, not just impressive to the outside.
That journey led me to systemic coaching.
I educated myself as a Mental Trainer with the ILS Academy Hamburg and as Systemic Coach with the DBVC-recognised "Coaching Academy" in Hamburg.
Today, I work with people who are navigating their own transitions and questions like:
Who am I now? What do I really want? How do I want my life and work to feel like? How can I show up fully as myself and still perform well in my professional life?
In systemic coaching, we look at you as a whole person:
Your story, body, mind, relationships and environment.
I will invite you to be honest with yourself and to experiment with new ways of thinking, relating and living at a pace that feels safe and real to you.
The coaching sessions are in English or German.

What is Systemic Coaching?
Systemic coaching sees you as part of a bigger picture, your work, relationships, family and surroundings, not just on your own. It uncovers hidden patterns and resources in these systems, helping you shift from stuck behaviours to aligned actions.
Challenges often come from interactions, not just personal traits.
We will explore the whole of the systems: the individual, the team, the organisation and beyond, always amplifying what is already working for you.
Who is it for?
+Professionals facing team conflicts, leadership stress or organisational shifts.
+People caught in repeating life or work patterns, influenced by family, relationships or culture.
+People in minor or major life or work transitions.
+Anyone looking for more clarity about themselves, their life and relationships.
What are common situations?
+You feel stuck in repeating patterns at work, in relationships or with yourself.
+You experience ongoing conflict or tension in your team, family or partnership and want to shift the pattern.
+You are successful on paper but feel disconnected or feel like you are living someone else’s life.
+You are in a big transition, a new job, country, role and your old ways of coping no longer work.
+You constantly feel torn between different roles or expectations, for example in professional and private life.
+You keep circling around the same decision without moving forward and want more clarity about what truly fits your system.

If these situations feel familiar and you want to navigate your system differently, you can book a free discovery call to explore whether this work is right for you.
